yes I'am in love with the earrings we purchased for one of our grandaughters birthday. but would like to ask I know it is a 15 day return but her birthday is not until october 17th. and we are going to ship to them as they don't live by us. If she or our kids don't like them or something happens to them in the first two weeks would they be able to return? sending them receipt with them. thanks rita

To start, the earrings had a lower quality of diamonds than stated in the description. It was impossible to contact customer service by phone. I was overcharged on tax. It wasn't worth my time or effort to argue any of this by email or to send them back and lose more money. Lesson learned, I won't purchase again.
